Selection Procedure

Eligibility Criteria:
The selection procedure will begin by identifying eligible candidates who are planning to appear in the UPSC examination in the following year. Only these individuals will be considered for participation in the program.

Mentorship Test:
Eligible candidates will be required to take a mentorship test that assesses their knowledge and problem-solving abilities, focusing specifically on the static portions of the UPSC Prelims and Mains syllabus.

Performance Evaluation:
Selection for the program will be determined based on the candidates' performance in the mentorship test. Those who perform well in the test will be considered for mentorship.

Mentor Assignment:
Candidates who score satisfactorily in the mentorship test will be assigned a mentor, who will provide guidance, support, and direction throughout the program.

Rules

Participants must demonstrate a commitment to active engagement with their mentors, attending program activities, and following the prescribed study schedule.
All interactions within the program, including mentorship sessions, must be treated with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy of mentors and participants.
Participants must adhere to the guidelines, rules, and schedules provided by the program organizers.
Public Policy & Governance has the final authority to remove anyone from the program on the basis of performance and rule adherence.

Is there is any registration charges?

No. It is free of cost.

Who can apply for it?

It caters to all the KGPians who will be attempting the exam in the upcoming year. (UG, PG,RS)

Will the problems of aspirants remain safe?

Yes, Problems of Aspirants will be shared only with Mentors.

What is the time period of the mentorship program?

Two Years

How is it exclusive?

Since the mentor will be KGP alumni who has cleared the UPSC CSE, there will be better connection and engagement
