The Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) is an independent public policy organisation dedicated to in-depth research and scientific analysis with the objective of delivering actionable ideas that could transform society. Based out of Kochi, in the Indian state of Kerala, our engagement in public policy that began in 2004 has initiated open dialogue, policy changes and institutional transformation in the areas of Urban Mobility, Education, Health, Governance & Law, Technology and International Relations & Security.

We are happy to announce the CPPR Internship Programme for 2024 Purpose

  • To provide opportunities for young and aspiring minds to gain practical experience in the field of public policy.
  • To help them develop relevant skills, knowledge and expertise that can be valuable for their future careers in policy analysis, research, advocacy or public service.
  • To contribute to ongoing research projects, assist in data collection, literature review, reports and analysis
  • To serve as a talent pipeline for CPPR, identifying and nurturing promising interns can lead to future recruitment of skilled and knowledgeable individuals who are already familiar with the organisation’s mission and culture.

Interns who are shortlisted will go through our regular interview and selection process. Competent interns who are graduates will have a chance of getting absorbed into the organisation and working full time. Interns will be selected only after the formal interview and selection. Due to the large volume of applications, we are unable to reply to everyone. We will be contacting only the shortlisted candidates.
